Return Rules: 

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • $7.00 flat rate return shipping or buy your own label.
  • No restocking fee.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns

  • If you want to make an exchange, return your original items, and we will refund your original order. You can place another order for the items you would like to exchange.
  • Return processing can take 5-10 business days.

Our Holiday Return Window gives you 60 days from the date of purchase to return items purchased between November 15th and December 31st. Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for returns.

All full-price apparel can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if it’s in original condition. Washed items or those treated with cleaning agents won’t be accepted. Items with any fragrances or make-up will be denied.

We do not return declined returns; damaged garments will be donated to local clothing drives. It is your responsibility to return items in proper condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Final Sale: Stickers, Hat, Gift Cards, sale/discounted items, items using discount code.

At Twinny, your satisfaction is paramount. Feel free to return any item. While we don't impose a strict return deadline, we kindly request items meant for color or fit returns be sent back promptly and in their original condition.

Initiate Your Request: Email Support@twinnysurfco.com, providing the name associated with the order, the order number, and details of the item you're returning.


Response Time: Our customer support team will get back to you within 3 days to guide you through the return or exchange process.


Shipping Details: Our customer support will offer you the appropriate shipping address. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


Completion: Upon receiving your package, we'll notify you and proceed with the return or exchange as per your preference.
